These pads are amazingly comfortable on the trail, even for side sleepers!
Our new Insulated Air Core Pad with PrimaLoft is the first sleeping pad to incorporate one of the outdoor industry’s premier insulation materials to provide added warmth. Designed for those seeking an air pad suitable for 3-Season use, these 2.5 inch thick pads share the same I-beam construction of the original Air Core pad, but use a lighter, 40 denier fabric. We’ve used these insulated air core’s in the field in cold weather, and cold hasn’t been a problem. We’ve also received GREAT feedback from our customers who have taken the plunge with an insulated Air Core, and have ended up giving their old self-inflating pads away as ‘gifts’ to their friends.
The stuffed size and weight on these pads are still smaller than any self-inflating foam pad. Available in rectangular or mummy shape in 72 and 78 inch lengths. Stuff sack and repair kit included.
